国产可控电解弹簧圈的研制和动物实验研究

【摘要】 目的 为了降低医疗成本,, 我们研制了国产可控电解弹簧圈, 命名为吴氏可控电解弹簧圈( W E D C) , 并对其性能进行测定和检验。方法 测定 W E D C 的透视下标记的清晰程度, 完成弹簧圈和连接点的抗拉力和疲劳实验, 体外和体内的电离解脱功能。制作狗的侧方、顶端和分叉部动脉瘤模型18 枚, 用 W E D C 进行栓塞实验。结果 标记在透视下清晰可见, 弹簧圈和连接点的抗拉力和疲劳实验证明了国产材料的安全性, 体外和体内的电离解脱时间与进口产品相近。动脉瘤模型完全闭塞占72 % , 大部闭塞占28 % 。弹簧圈可以诱发动脉瘤腔内血栓形成, 栓塞后2 个月内动脉瘤开口处逐渐被新生的内皮所封闭, 血栓被机化。结论  W E D C 在性能上达到了国外同类产品的水平, 特别是标记较清晰, 可以诱发血栓和内皮生成, 实验结果证明了国产材料的安全性和有效性。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop self made electrolytic detachable coil which is named by Wu electrolytic detachable coil (WEDC) to compare with the expensive Guglielmi detachable coil (GDC). Methods Radiopaque of the markers of WEDC was tested. The anti strain force and fatigue test of coils and connection point, and electrolytic detachble of coil in vitro and in vivo had been messured. We made 18 aneurysms including of lateral, bifurcation, and terminal types of aneurysm models, and then embolized these models with WEDC. Results Radiopaque of markers was satisfactory. Anti strain and fatigue test of connection point and coil had docamented the safety of WEDC. Electrolytic detachble in vitro and in vivo was similar to that of GDC. There were 72% of the aneurysm models occluded completely, 28% of the models occluded subtotally. Coils were found to induce thrombosis in aneurysm cavity. and also lead to new endothelium formation over entrance of aneurym and organized thrombosis within 2 months. Conclusions WEDC was as efficient and safe as GDC. The markers showed, ability of inducing thrombosis and endothelium formation were satisfactory.
