【摘要】 目的探讨术前动脉造影对结直肠癌的诊断和治疗价值。方法３２例结直肠癌患者以Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ法行术前选择性动脉造影辅助诊断原发癌及肝转移癌，并行区域动脉灌注化疗。结果所有病例均无插管并发症。采用ＤＳＡ肿瘤定位３２例中３１例肿瘤血管显示清楚，与术后诊断符合率达１００％；门静脉显影同时辅助诊断肝转移癌。成功显象同时行区域动脉灌注化疗，６例结直肠癌合并梗阻行区域灌注化疗，５例得到改善，成功率８３３％，对无法切除的肿瘤可起到姑息治疗作用。结论术前选择性动脉造影有助于结直肠癌的定位诊断及发现肝转移癌，同时区域动脉灌注化疗，起到诊断和治疗的双重作用。为结直肠癌诊治提供了新的途径更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of preoperative selective arterial angiography and intraarterial regional chemotherapy in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal carcinoma. Method 32 patients underwent preoperative selective arterial angiography by Seldinger’s procedure to help in diagnosing the primary cancer and metastasis to the liver and received intraarterial regional chemotherapy. Results No complications of catheterization took place.By the use of digital substraction angiography,location and shape of each cancer focus,including metastatic cancer of the liver was delineated clearly,and intraarterial chemotherapy was given in each case. Conclusion Preoperative selective arterial angiography is helpful to diagnose and locate the primary tumor and to detect liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. At the same time , regional intraarterial chemotherapy acts as an important way of adjuvant therapy.It is a useful technique for diagnosis and treatment of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
