【摘要】 目的探讨白介素 -6(IL 6)、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF α)在天疱疮发病机理中的作用以及患者血清中这2种细胞因子水平与天疱疮病情的关系。方法用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测了26例寻常型天疱疮(PV) ,14例红斑型天疱疮(PE)患者治疗前、8例经有效治疗皮损全部消退的PV患者及23例正常人血清中IL 6、TNF α水平 ,并测定了4例PV患者治疗前疱液中IL 6、TNF α水平。结果天疱疮患者治疗前血清中IL 6、TNF α水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01) ;2种细胞因子水平均与皮损面积呈正相关(P<0.01) ;随皮损消退其水平降低(P<0.05)。4例PV患者疱液中IL 6、TNF α水平均高于相应血清中水平。结论天疱疮患者血清中IL 6、TNF α水平与天疱疮病情活动性相关。IL 6、TNF α可能参与了天疱疮的发病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the role of interleukin 6 (IL 6) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) in the pathogenesis of pemphigus, and to find out the relationship between the two cytokines and the activity of the disease. Methods The serum levels of IL 6, TNF αwere determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme liked immuno sorbant assay (ELISA) in 26 patients with pemphigus vulgaris (PV) and 14 patients with pemphigus erythematosus (PE) prior to treatment, in 8 PV patients after complete clearing of the skin lesions and in 23 normal controls. The levels of IL 6 and TNF αwere also tested in the blister fluid obtained from 4 PV patients at the same time when the serum samples were taken. Results The results showed that the serum levels of IL 6 and TNF αwere significantly higher in patients with pemphigus than that in normal controls (P< 0.01).A significant correlation was found between the serum levels of IL 6 and TNF αand the total area of lesions for each patient (P< 0.01). The serum levels of the two cytokines declined as the skin lesion had completely disappeared(P< 0.05). The levels of both IL 6 and TNF αin the blister fluid of 4 PV patients were higher than that in the serum samples obtained at the same time. Conclusion The results indicate that there is a relationship between the serum levels of IL 6 and TNF αand the activity of pemphigus. The results also suggest that IL 6 and TNF αplay an important role in the pathogenesis of pemphigus.更多还原
