【摘要】 目的　利用分子生物学方法对解脲支原体 (Ureaplasmaurealyticum ,Uu)第一群进行分型 ,建立简便、可靠的分型方法。方法　设计分型引物 ,用PCR和限制性内切酶消化的方法进行分型。结果　设计了解脲支原体的分型引物UMS5 1|UMAU 1和UMS5 1|UMAU 3 ,前者扩增出Uu1型和Uu6型 ,后者扩增出Uu3型和Uu14型。对于Uu1型和Uu6型 ,用限制性内切酶消化的方法区分。结论　根据MB抗原基因的N端 ,利用PCR结合限制性内切酶消化的方法可以对解脲支原体第一群进行分型 ,但不能将Uu3型与Uu14型区分开更多还原
