【Abstract】 Offoxacin and its tablets were measured by spectrophotometry, based on the formation of the orange complex by ofloxacin with ferric chloride in dimethylsulphoxide methanol, which exhibited maximum absorbance at 420 nm. The linear range was 25￣150 μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.78% with RSD of 0.19% ( n =6).更多还原
