【Abstract】 Both microbiological method and spectrophotometry are described for assay of nosiheptide (1) and in its premixed preparation as well as culture broth. The results showed that both methods correspond well ( P >0.7). When the content of 1 in its premixed preparation is below 150% of labelled amount, the recovery of 1 is 95%～105%.更多还原
