【摘要】 诺美孕酮乙酸酯（ｎｏｍ ｅｇｅｓｔｒｏｌａｃｅｔａｔｅ）与羧甲氧基胺半盐酸盐（ｃａｒｂｏｘｙｍ ｅｔｈｏｘｙｌａｍ ｉｎｅｈｅｍ ｉｃｈｌｏｒｈｙｄｒａｔｅ）在含少量吡啶的甲醇中室温反应，得到顺、反－诺美孕酮乙酸酯３－（Ｏ－羧甲基）肟的两种立体异构体的混合物。经层析分离以２∶１（ｗ ／ｗ ）的比例得到两种立体异构体。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nomegestrol acetate 3 (O carboxymethyl)oxime was prepared by treatment of nomegestrol acetate with carboxymethoxylamine hemichlorhydrate in the pre sence of pyridine in methanol at room temperature.Two stereoisomers from this procedure were isolated by preparative thin layer chromatography on silica,the melting point and spectra data of them were offered respectively.更多还原
