【Abstract】 A RP HPLC method had been studied to determine the huperzine A and its preparations. An Alltima C 18 column (250×4.6mm ID) was used and the temperature of column was kept 60℃. The mobile phase was methanol 0.08 mol/L ammonium acetate buffer (pH 6.0) (32∶68) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The UV detection was performed at 308 nm. This method had a good linearity within the range of 0.02~0.64 (for dissolution test) and 3.0~7.0 μg/ml (for assay).更多还原
