异丙酚对家兔主动脉阻断所致脊髓损害的保护作用
Protection of spinal cord from ischemic injury by propofol during infrarenal aortic cross clamping in rabbits
【摘要】 目的 研究异丙酚对家兔主动脉阻断后脊髓损害的保护作用。方法 家兔18只,随机分为假手术组(A组),缺血组(B)和异丙酚组(C)。肾下阻断腹主动脉40 分钟后松开。C组于阻断前静脉注射异丙酚5m g·kg- 1,继以20·m g·kg- 1·h- 1微量泵静脉输注至松开前,余2 组则以同样方法静注等容量生理盐水作对照。测定阻断前、后及恢复后血中丙二醛(MDA)浓度及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,术后观察兔后肢神经功能、肌电图(EMG)和脊髓形态学变化。结果 异丙酚明显降低血中MDA浓度,保护SOD活性,改善术后神经功能损害,减轻EMG和细胞形态学改变。结论 异丙酚对家兔主动脉阻断所致的脊髓损害有良好的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of propofol on the spinal cord injured by infrarenal aortic cross clamping in rabbits Methods Eighteen albina rabbits were randomly divided into false operationg group (A),ischemia group (B) and propofol group (C) The infrarenal aorta was occlused with a snare for 40 minutes In group C,propofol was given intravenous injection 5mg·kg -1 before clamping and then infused at a rate of 20mg·kg -1 ·h -1 until unclamping,0 9% saline was used as control in other groups The productions of MDA and the activities of SOD before,during and after cross clamping were assayed After operation,the neurologic outcomes were evaluated by blind method The eletromyograms and the morphology of spinal cord were observed Results Propofol decreased the productions of MDA,protected significently the activities of SOD,and improved the nurologic outcomes Conclusion Propofol can protect the spinal cord from ischemic injury during infrarenal aortic cross clamping
