【摘要】 目的鼻唇沟部血运丰富，利用真皮下血管网皮瓣增加其长宽比例，以扩大移转范围，且皮瓣厚度变薄，有利于更佳的外形修复。方法以鼻唇沟血管走行的任何部位为蒂，形成真皮下血管网皮瓣局部移转修复面颊部缺损或畸形，长宽比例可达５∶１。结果临床应用３６例均获成功，外形修复效果满意。结论鼻唇沟部真皮下血管网皮瓣在面颊部应用，方法简单可靠，可提供更长而薄的皮瓣修复，较传统的鼻唇沟皮瓣更为灵活可靠，并扩大了应用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective There are rich vascular circulation on the nasolabial fold of the face. The flaps were made as subdermal vascular plexus flap,which proportion of the length and width will be added. The range of rotation of the flap will be more widely and the tissues will be thinner than the traditional random pettern skin flap, so that a better result can be obtained for repairof contour. Methods Any point along the nasolabial fold can be taken as a pedicle. The ratio of the length and width of the flap may even get to 5∶1. Results The flaps were successfully applied on 36 cases and got a better aesthetic result. Conclusion The tissue of these nasolabial subdermal vascular plexus thin flaps can achieve more length and thinner than the traditional random flaps,so this method is simycle retialge and can be widely applied on face and cheek repair.更多还原
