【摘要】 目的探讨巨细胞肉瘤与移行细胞癌混合性肾肿瘤的病理及组织化学特性。方法通过１例病人的病理组织学，免疫组织化学检查，明确肿瘤性质及组织来源。结果病理检查证实该肿瘤为巨细胞肉瘤与移行细胞癌的混合性肿瘤，免疫组织化学提示肉瘤来源于间质，而癌部分来源于上皮。结论该类肿瘤临床表现无特异性，需借助病理检查、免疫组织化学及超微结构特征等明确诊断及其组织来源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To present a case of giant cell tumor of kidney associated with transitional cell carcinoma and its pathologic and histochemical features. Methods Histopathologic and immunohistochemistry studies were carried out to make clear the diagnosis and histogenesis. Results Histopathologic study confirms the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of kidney mixed with transitional cell carcinoma and immunohistochemistry denotes that the sarcoma is of mesenchymal origin and the carcinoma of epithelial origin. Conclusions The diagnosis depends on histopathologic and immunohistochemical studies.There is no specific clinical characteristics.更多还原
