【摘要】 目的　探讨广金钱草防石作用机制。　方法　用金钱草注射液和提取液对草酸钙肾石模型大鼠进行抑制实验研究。　结果　透射电镜显示金钱草能减轻肾小管细胞在乙二醇诱石过程中的崩解、坏死，肾小管腔内一些空泡状膜性囊和致密小体排入减少。注射液组肾组织中草酸和钙含量分别为（１ ．３９７ ±０．８５９）ｍｇ／ｇ 、（３ ．９９３ ±１．２７８）μｍｏｌ／ｇ ，提取液组为（５ ．６６５ ±０ ．６９６） ｍｇ／ｇ、（８．６２１±１ ．４４１）μｍｏｌ／ｇ，均明显低于成石组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。偏光镜观察显示注射液组和提取液组肾中草酸钙晶体形成程度比成石组明显减轻。　结论　金钱草在体内能保护肾组织细胞，对草酸钙晶体形成有明显抑制作用，在防治尿石症方面可能有应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the mechanism of Ds in the prevention of stone forming. Methods Ds extract and Ds injection preparation were administered orally by gavage and intravenously to different groups of rats with calcium oxalate renal stone induced by 0.75% of ethylene glycol(EG). Results It was found that Ds could reduce the injurying changes of fine renal structures caused by EG.Crystalization has been significantly less in the Ds injection group and the Ds extract group as compared with the crystalization group. The contents of oxalate and calcium in renal tissue were also significantly reduced. Conclusions It was suggested that Ds would protect renal tubule cells and inhibit calcium oxalate crystal formation effectively in vivo.Ds might be more useful in preventing and treating urolithiasis if it were better concentrated and extracted.更多还原
