【摘要】 目的　总结３ ２ Ｐ 介入法治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。　方法　采用介入法将放射活性１８５ ～４４４ Ｍ Ｂｑ 的３ ２ Ｐ 置入４１ 例前列腺增生组织内。　结果　随访２ 年。临床组３６ 例中的３１ 例国际前列腺症状评分（ Ｉ Ｐ Ｓ Ｓ） 、前列腺体积、剩余尿量及最大尿流率均有明显改善；病理组５ 例的前列腺增生组织纤维化萎缩。　结论　前列腺增生组织对放射线的敏感性较高，利用介入法行腺体内３ ２ Ｐ 辐射，可有效抑制增生组织的生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 3 2 Pintervene therapy for benign prostatic hyper plasia . Methods 41 cases of B P H were treated by intervening 3 2 Pinto the prostate . Results Im prove ment has been achieved in 31 out of 36 . I P S S,prostate volum e ,residual urine and m aximu m urineflow rate have been improved . In the other 5 pathological cases without clinical manifestations atrophy andfibrosis were observed after 3 2 Pintervening . Conclusions The interstitial radiation of 3 2 P might inhibitthe growth of hyperplastic prostate tissue . The radioactive sensitivity of the hyperplastic prostate tissue ishigher than that of norm al prostate tissue .更多还原
