【摘要】 ［目的］检测RABSA蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与转移的关系。[方法]应用免疫组化SP方法检测47例胃癌石蜡包埋标本及7例正常胃组织中RAB5A蛋白的表达情况。［结果］正常胃组织中RAB5A蛋白表达的阳性率为0（0／7）；胃癌组织中RAB5A蛋白表达的阳性率为91．49％（43／47），两者的阳性率有显著性差异（P＜0．005）。有无淋巴结转移者的RAB5A蛋白表达的阳性率分别为91．89％（34／37）和90％（9／10），无显著性差异（P＞0．05），但两者RAB5A蛋白的表达程度有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。［结论］RAB5A蛋白的胃癌组织中高表达，且RAB5A蛋白的表达程度与胃癌转移有关。提示RAB5A可能是一个转移相关基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To invesigate the expression of RAB5A protein in gastric carcinoma and its relation with metastasis, [Method] Using immunohistochemical technique of S-P method to detect the expression of RAB5A protein in 47 cases of gastric carcinoma and 7 cases of normal gastric tissue. [Results] The positive rates of RAB5A protein in normal gastric tissue and in 47 cases of gastric carcinoma were 0(0/7) and 91.49% (43/47),respectively. The difference was significant (P<0. 005 .The positive rates of RAB5A protein in gastric carcinoma with and without metastasis were 91.89% (34/37) and 90% (9/10), respectively. But the expression degree of RAB5A protein in patients with metastasis was sigrificant higher than that without metastasis (P < 0. 05). [Conclusion]There was a high expression of RAB5A protein in gastric expression degree of RAB5A protein was related to the meastasis of gastric carcinoma. It is suggested that RAB5A is probably a metastasis related gene.更多还原
