衰老对大鼠阴茎组织神经型一氧化氮合成酶的影响
Effect of aging on penile neural nitric oxide synthase in rats
【摘要】 目的 探讨老年性阳萎的发病机制。 方法 取不同月龄雄性Wistar大鼠阴茎海绵体组织,行特异性抗神经型一氧化氮合成酶(nNOS)免疫组化染色,计数nNOS神经纤维含量。 结果 19~21 月龄组大鼠阴茎中阳性染色纤维数为(50.83±4.22)条,明显少于5 月龄组的(128.88±36.78)条和10 月龄组的(106.25±12.06)条,差异均有显著性(P< 0.01),而10 月龄组与5月龄组差异无显著性(P> 0.05)。 结论 衰老可造成大鼠阴茎中nNOS的减少,可能与老年性阳萎的发病有关
【Abstract】 Objective In order to elucidate the etiology of aging related erectile dysfunction,the changes of penile neural nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) content in aged rats were evaluated. Methods Eight 5 month old,eight 10 month old and six 19 21 month old male Wistar rats were studied. The nNOS content was assayed semiquantitatively in penile tissues by immunohistochemical staining with selective antibody to nNOS (1∶50 dilution). Results The number of NOS containing nerve fibers was significantly less in the 19 21 month old rats than in the 5 month and 10 month old rats 〔 50 83±4 22 vs 128 88±36 78 ( P <0 01) and 106 25±12 06( P <0 01)〕 , and those in the latter two groups were similar ( P >0 05). Conclusions Aging can cause an impairment of penile nNOS in rats; this may be associated with aging related erectile dysfunction.
