【摘要】 目的观察甲磷酸加贝酯对急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法特急性水肿性胰腺炎患者随机分2组，治疗组在给一般治疗的同时，加用甲磺酸加贝酯；对照组仅给一般治疗。观察患者的症状消失时间及血、尿淀粉酶的下降情况。结果治疗组在上腹痛、恶心、上腹压痛消失时间及血、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间均明显优于对照组。结论甲磷酸加贝酯对急性胰腺炎有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Gabexate Mesilate in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods Patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group receiving conventional treatment supplemented with Gabexate Mesilate,and control group receiving conventionnal treatment. The time of symptom lysis and the decrease of the amylase in the blood and urine were recorded and observed. Results As far as the time of symptom lysis and the time for blood and urine to restore to normal are concerned,the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion Gabexate Mesilate has theraputic effect for the treatment of acute pancre-atitis.更多还原
