【摘要】 目的探讨Swan－Ganz导管术的临床应用和操作技巧。方法对78例临床危重病人，通过股静脉、颈静脉、贵要静脉安置Swan－Ganz导管，进行中心静脉压，右房压，右室压，肺A压，肺嵌压等血流动力学监测，从中探索术前、术中、术后注意事项。结果78例中除3例外，75例完成置管及各项监测，49例发生由导管刺激引起一过性定性心律失常，未发生其他并发症。结论Swan－Ganz导管术对危重病患者的血流动力学监测具有使用方便、相对安全、监测指标准确等优点，能为存在血流动力学改变的病人提供直接的诊断依据，对临床救治具有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical use and operating skill of Swan-Ganz catheter. Methods We put the Swan-Ganz catheter through femoral vein, basilic vein; and internal jugular vein in 78 clinically critical cases and to minitor CVP, PAW, right atrial pressure, right ventric1e pressure; and the other hemodynamics in order to study the detalis that should be noticed and managed correspondingly from pre-operation, operation; and postoperation. Results 75 cases out of 78 cases were completed the monitor. 49 cases was caused transient ventricular tachycardia by cathter stimulation. We haven’t found other complications. Conclusion Swan-Ganz catheterization is used to monitor hemodynamics at the bedside for critical patients. With the advantages of convenience safety and accuracy, it can guild clinical diagnosis; and had a high value for patients therapy.更多还原
