【摘要】 为探索一种适合国情，有专科特色的围产期整体护理模式。采用产前健康教育、产时呼吸训练、疼痛缓解（音乐、暗示疗法）、美学渗透、Ｄｏｕｌａ—家庭化分娩等良性护理介入以及协同式护理、产后社区随访帮助产妇完成“接受→认知→参与→自觉行为”过程。并调查实施前后护士的心态变化和社会反应。结果显示：增加了产妇的产前认知，缩短了产程，减少了新生儿窒息及产后出血的发生率，促进了角色的适应，提高了产妇的自护能力，子宫复旧、恶露时间缩短，母婴产褥期患病率下降，新生儿生理性体重丢失减少，母乳喂养率提高，护士心理素质显著改善，社会满意度明显提高。说明围产期一体化整体护理模式适合国情，可提高围产期保健质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To search for a suitable,characteristic integrated perinatal nursing care model,a study was conducted by way of such benign intermediating as prenatal health education,breath training during labor,pain reliveing(music,hint therapy),aesthetic permeating and Doula’s home like environment for labor as well as cooperative nursing care and postpartum community follow up to assist the mothers in completing the course of “receiving→knowing→joining→conscientious action”.The changes of nurses’mind state and social responses before and after performance were investigated.The results showed that the prenatal knowledge of the mothers were improved.The delivery course shortened.Both the incidence of birth asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage decreased.The mother’s capacity of adaptation and self care promoted.The time for uterine recuperation and lochia stopping shortened.The morbidity of both the mothers and infants during puerperium reduced.The infants’ physiologic weight loss lessened.The breast feeding rate increased.The psychological status of the nurses was significantly improved. The social satisfactory degree heightened.It was showed that integrated perinatal nursing care model is suitable in China.It can improve the quality of perinatal health service.更多还原
