【摘要】 为了解心前区疼痛程度在临床护理中的意义，选择４８ 例因心前区疼痛在我院住院的患者，将疼痛的程度分为４ 级，分析其冠脉供血情况，观察疼痛与冠脉供血的关系。结果：１ 级疼痛有冠脉狭窄≤６０ ％ ，４ 级疼痛有冠脉狭窄≥９０％ 。结论：心前区疼痛是不可忽略的临床症状，对于病程长者注意避免一切诱发因素，防止心绞痛再次发作更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To understand the significance of angina pectoris degree in clinical nursing.Method:Select 48 inpatients of angnia pectoris in our hospital.Divide angnia pectoris degree into 4 stages.Analyze the coronary blood supply condition and observe the relation between angnia pectoris and coronary blood supply.Result:The chance that the 1st stage angina pectoris occurs with coronary stricture is equal to or less than 60 percent,while the 4th stage angnia pectoris is equal to or more than 90 percent.Conclusion:angnia pectoris is a clinical symptoms not to be ignored.Those patients who suffered from longterm pain should pay more attention to avoid all the revulsive factors and prevent angina pectoris from relapse.
