离体鼠肝细胞膜上甘草次酸和甘草酸受体的表达

【摘要】 目的电镜观察下对离体鼠肝细胞膜上的(甘草次酸受体和甘草酸受体)的表达。方法胶体金探针法。结果对照胶体金组和空白对照组的离体鼠肝细胞表面未见金颗粒,甘草次酸金标组的肝细胞表面分布着多量金颗粒,甘草酸金标组的肝细胞表面存在少得多的金颗粒。结论鼠肝细胞膜上存在多量甘草次酸受体,只存在少得多的甘草酸受体。

【Abstract】 Objective To express respectively the membrane receptors of glycyrrhetinic acid and glycyrrhizin on the surfaces of isolated rat hepatocytes under Transmissional Electron Microscopy in view of the report that before the study a group of scientists proved in a particular fraction of isolated rat hepatocyte membranes there existed special, reversible and strongly saturable binding sites for glycyrrhetinic acid and much weaker binding sites for glycyrrhizin and speculated the binding sites were in the nature of protein, and so we can now consider these binding sites as membrane receptors for both compounds respectively. Methods Transmissional Electron Microscopic technique with colloidal goldlabelling probes. Results There were no golden granules on the surfaces of hepatocytes in the colloidal gold controlled group as well as in the blank controlled group, while in contrast, on the surfaces of hepatocytes there distributed many golden granules in the gold-labelling glycyrrhetinic acid group and much less gulden granules in the gold-labelling glycyrrhizin group. Conclusions On the surfaces of rat hepatocytes there are quite a number of receptors for glycyrrhetinic acid as well as much less receptors for glycyrrhizin. [
