【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the resectability of liver cacner involving inferior vena cava (IVC).Methods Altogether 26 patients with primary liver cacner involiving ICV, who had undergone tumor resection inour department during recent three years, were reviewed. Results The whole courses of operation passed evenlywithout operative death and severe complications postoperatively. Conclusions liver cancer involving ICV is resectable provided there are good anesthesia, skillful hepatectomy surgery and control of massive bleeding.更多还原
