【摘要】 目的　研究促卵泡激素（ＦＳＨ） 结合片段对卵巢癌细胞株的作用，了解ＦＳＨ 结合片段作为卵巢癌靶向治疗的导向材料的应用价值。方法　应用不同类型的卵巢癌细胞株ＳＫＯＶ３、ＯＶＣＡＲ、ＡＯ、３ＡＯ作为实验对象，分别加入ＦＳＨ、ＦＳＨ 结合片段、ＦＳＨ＋ ＦＳＨ 结合片段。培养５ 天后用四甲基偶氮唑蓝（ＭＴＴ） 法检测卵巢癌细胞的生长状况。结果　ＦＳＨ 对卵巢癌细胞的生长有明显的促进作用，细胞平均增殖率为２８－０ ％ ；ＦＳＨ 结合片段对卵巢癌细胞的生长有明显抑制作用，细胞平均抑制率为８－３％ ；ＦＳＨ 结合片段对ＦＳＨ 有竞争抑制作用，平均抑制率为３．１％ 。结论　ＦＳＨ 结合片段具有抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。ＦＳＨ结合片段有可能成为卵巢癌靶向治疗的导向材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observethe effectoffollicle stimulating hormone(FSH)synthetic peptides(FSH binding Fragment),FSHand synthetic peptides on the proliferation of human epithelial ovarian cancer cell- Methods Human epithelialovarian cancercellslinesSKOV3 ,OVCAR,AOand 3AOwereincubated with FSH, FSHbindingfragment,FSHandthe bindingfragmentrespectively- The cell proliferation was detected by methyl thiazolyltetrazolium ( MTT) technique- Results The rate of proliferation in the cancer cell was increased apparently asincreasinginthe concentration ofFSHandthe rate ofproliferation average value 28-0% ,and was decreased apparently asincreasinginthe concentration ofthe synthetic peptidesandtherate ofinhibition average value 8-3%- Whenthe cell wasexpressedin FSH,the proliferation wasdecreased apparentlyasincreasinginthe concentration ofthe peptides and the rate ofinhibition average valve 3 .1 % - Conclusions Itis suggested that FSHbindingfragmentcaninhibitthe proliferation ofovarian cancercell- The FSHbindingfragmentcould be used asa binding partofanticancerons complexforovarian cancer-更多还原
