【摘要】 目的观察应用自制带钩弯钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效与优点。方法应用带钩弯钢板治疗本病２６例，钢板置于股骨转子部外侧，上端至转子间窝，下端至转子下，有２枚螺钉通过股骨矩固定。结果术后随访５～３２个月，均达骨性愈合，未存在冒钉和头切割现象。结论本法固定牢靠、并发症少，所用器械及操作简单，术中不需放射性检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a new method of internal fixation for fracture oftuberosity of cuboid bone in which a bending steel plate with hook is applicated. MethodsTwenty-six Caac were operated on to fix their fractures with a steel plate. The steel platewas put on the outboard of the tuberosity of cuboid bone. Its top stretched to the intertrochanteric fossa, and the other end Staunched to the low part. And two nuts bolted across themoment of cuboid bone. Results All cases were followed up for five to thirty-two months,and it showed that all cases gumed osteal healing without dislocation of the plate and thenuts. Conclusion The use of bending steel plate with hook has the advantage of firm fixation,less complication and no need of x - ray examination during operation.更多还原
