中药三白草的化学成分研究(Ⅰ)
Chemical Constituents of Saururus chinensis (Lour.) Bail
【摘要】 目的:寻找中药三白草的活性成分。方法:三白草地上部分乙醇提取物进行色谱分离,理化数据和光谱方法鉴定结构。结果:所得化合物鉴定结构为马兜铃内酰胺AⅡ(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜甙(Ⅱ)、金丝桃甙(Ⅲ)、异槲皮甙(Ⅳ)、槲皮甙(Ⅴ)、槲皮素3OβD吡喃葡萄糖(1→4)αL吡喃鼠李糖甙(Ⅵ),鞣花酸(Ⅶ)和柯里拉京(Ⅷ)。结论:除Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅴ外,其它5个化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。
【Abstract】 Objective:To search for the active chemical constituents of Saururus chinensis .Method:95% ethanol extracts from the aerial part of Saururus chinensis was mixed with silica gel,and then eluted with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and methanol.On the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis,structures of the compounds obtained were identified.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and methanol parts,and identified as aristolactam AⅡ(Ⅰ),daucosterol(Ⅱ),hyperoside(Ⅲ),isoquercitrin(Ⅳ),quercitrin(Ⅴ),quercitin 3 O β D glucopyranosyl(1→4) α L rhamnopyranoside(Ⅵ),ellagic acid(Ⅶ) and corilagin(Ⅷ) respectively.Conclusion:Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ and Ⅷ were found from this plant for the first time.
