【摘要】 目的：对山东牛心栝楼这一新的农家品种在收购和使用上产生的争议进行初步探讨。方法：采用ＲＡＰＤ分子标识法对山东产仁栝楼、糖栝楼、牛心栝楼３个栝楼农家品种进行亲缘关系分析。结果：三者以牛心栝楼与仁栝楼间的遗传距离最小，以牛心栝楼与糖栝楼间的遗传距离最大。结论：牛心栝楼在遗传表现上更近似于仁栝楼。更多还原

【Abstract】 bjective: Discussing the discordance in purchasing and utilizing a new type of Trichosanthes kirilowii called Niuxingualoufrom Shandong Province. Method: The genetic relationship among the three types of T.kirilowii including Rengualou,Tanggualouand Niuxingualoufrom Shandong was analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD). Results: Among the three types studied,the genetic distance is the smallest betweenNiuxingualouand Rengualou,and the largest between Niuxingualouand Tanggualou. Conclusion: Niuxingualouis genetically more similar to Rengualou.更多还原
