黄柏SBE法与WE法的成分比较
Comparison of SBE and WE in Extraction of Chemical Constituents from Processed Cortex Phellodendri
【摘要】 目的 :对黄柏进行“饮片颗粒化”的研究。方法 :以小檗碱、总生物碱、干浸膏量为指标 ,对其作半仿生提取法 (简称SBE法 )和水提取法 (简称WE法 )比较。结果 :黄柏 5种提取液中 ,以SBE1液明显优于WE液。结论 :黄柏饮片制备口服颗粒剂 ,以采用SBE法盐酸调至水为 pH1 .0作第一煎 ,饱和氢氧化钙溶液调至水为 pH7.0和 pH1 0 .0作第二、第三煎为佳。
【Abstract】 Objective:ToStudythegranulationofprocessedCortexPhellodendri.Method :Takeberberine,totalalka loidsanddryextractasindexestocomparethesme bionicextraction (SBE)withwaterextraction (WE) .Result:In 5 kindsofphellodendronbarksolution ,berberine ,totalalkaloidsanddryextractobtainedbySBEaremuchbetterthanthose obtainedbyWE .Conclusion :Inthepreparationoforalgranulesfrom processedCortexPhellodendri,sBEissuperiorto WE ,whenthepHvalueisadjustedbyHClsolutionto 1 .0inthefristdecoction ,adjustedbysaturatedCa(OH) 2 solutionto 7.0intheseconddecoctionandto 1 0 .0inthethirddecoctionrespectively.
