【摘要】 目的：比较胰、十二指肠切除术的两种麻醉方法的效果。方法：将４６例患者分为普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉组（Ａ组）２６例，异丙酚氯胺酮静脉复合麻醉组（Ｂ组）２０例，术中均行机械通气、监测血压、心率及ＳｐＯ２，并观察术前、术后肝功能改变。结果：Ａ组麻醉期间ＳｐＯ２较Ｂ组下降明显，术后苏醒也较Ｂ组延迟，术后肝功能检查Ｂ组明显优于Ａ组（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：胰、十二指肠切除术的麻醉选择以选用异丙酚氯胺酮静脉复合维持麻醉为佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effect of two anesthetic methods used for pancreatoduodenectomy.Me￣thods:46 patients undergoing elective pancreatoduodenectomy were studied and divided into two groups.Control group(A group,n=26)received intravenous anesthesia with procaine,and experimetnal group (B group,n=20)received propofol and ketamine in combination.Heart rate,blood pressure and SpO 2 of the patients were recorded;In addition the changes of the patient′s liver function were compared on preoperation and postoperation.Results:Heart rate and blood pressure of the control group changed more greatly than those of the experimental group;The recovery time of B group was shorter than A group′s,and the changes of liver function was less obvious than A group′s.Conclusion:Combined intravenous anesthesia of propofol and ketamine is the better anethetic method for pancreatoduodenectomy.更多还原
