中药治疗胰源性肺损伤实验病理观察

【摘要】 目的：通过组织病理学检查观察中药治疗胰源性肺损伤的效果。方法：将动物随机分为模型组与中药治疗组，造模及中药灌胃，７２ ｈ 后取肺脏行组织学检查。结果：模型组与治疗组之间差别显著，治疗组的肺脏病理改变明显减轻（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论：中药治疗，不仅改善肠道功能，肺组织功能，减轻肺损伤，还具有促进肺损伤修复的作用。
