【摘要】 造血干细胞移植治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）５例，包括４例第一次完全缓解（ＣＲ）中、高度恶性ＮＨＬ；１例（ＣＲ）高度恶性ＮＨＬ合并淋巴瘤白血病。其中自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ）４例，异基因外周血干细胞移植（ａｌｏ－ＰＢＳＣＴ）１例。所有病例均移植成功。４例ＡＢＭＴ患者已无病生存５０、４８、３９和３个月，１例ａｌｏ－ＰＢＳＣＴ发生慢性移植物抗宿主病（ｃＧＶＨＤ），移植后１２个月死于白血病复发。结果显示ＡＢＭＴ是治疗中、高度恶性ＮＨＬ有效手段。更多还原
