【Abstract】 Purpose: To evaluate the clinical significance of stereotactic mammography aspirationbiopsy ( SMAB ) for diagnosing breast cancer. Methods: Under the guidance of computer stereotactic equip-ment, the biopsy needle was introduced into the lesion in question which was impalpable but recognizableroentgenologically . Aspiration biopsy was done, and put under histological examination in 33 patientswith suspicious breast lesions- Results: The diagnostic concordance rate was 87. 9% . Conclusion: Thetechnic described is valuable in the diagnosis of small impalpable lesions that are visualized on mammogra-phy.更多还原
