【摘要】 目的：探讨癌性食管－气管瘘的内支架植入效果。方法：自１９９５年以来，在Ｘ线电视导向下，对３０例食管－气管瘘患者植入被膜自膨胀式金属内支架。结果：３０个内支架均一次性植入到位，食管，气管瘘全部堵塞成功。２９例肺部感染得以控制，全部患者均恢复进食，体质改善，其中１１例患者生存超过１年。结论：本研究显示，被膜自膨胀式金属内支架治疗癌性食管－气管瘘有特效，确为独立、重要的补救治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under fiuoroscopic guidance, self- expanding metallic stents were successfully placedin 30 patients with cancerous esophago - tracheal fistula since 1995. All the patients were followed up forone year. The dysphagia of the patients improved markedly and nomial diet could be swallowed withoutdifficulty. In 29 cases, the inhalation pneumonia caused by fistula recovered- Eleven patients lived be-yond one year after stent placement. The results indicate that self - expanding metallic stent is a remedialmeasure for the patients with cancerous esophageal fistula.更多还原
