【摘要】 目的 :探讨CD/ 5 -FC体系对人乳腺癌的实验治疗作用。方法 :应用MTT法测定人乳腺癌细胞对 5 -FC的敏感性。结果 :实验显示 ,5 -FC对导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞有明显的细胞毒作用 ,而对未导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞的毒性较低 ,5 -FC对导入和未导入CD基因的人乳腺癌细胞的IC50 分别为 418μg/ml和 12 49μg/ml。结论 :CD/ 5 -FC体系对体外转基因的人乳腺癌细胞有一定的抗肿瘤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the effects of CD/5-FC system on human breast cancer Methods: MTT assay was used to determine the sensitivity of 5-FC on human breast cancer cells Results: It was found that pronounced cytotoxic activities were exerted by 5-FC on CD-transduced breast cancer cells as compared to the mild effect on the non-tranduced breast cancer cells The IC50 values of 5-FC for CD-transduced and non-transduced breast cancer cells were found to be 418μg/ml and 1 249μg/ml respectively Conclusion: This study indicate that CD/5-FC system has significant antitumor activities on the breast cancer cells in vitro更多还原
