【摘要】 目的 :检测E -钙粘素 (E -Cd)在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的表达情况 ,并了解E -Cd表达的临床意义。方法 :用特异性抗E -Cd单克隆抗体 ,以SP免疫组化法 ,检测 78例卵巢上皮性肿瘤中E -Cd表达 ,结合临床病理情况 ,进行统计学分析。结果 :1)卵巢粘液性肿瘤中E -Cd表达率高 ,与其它类型比较差异有显著性。透明细胞癌及未分化癌中无E -Cd表达。 2 )分化程度降低 ,E -Cd表达率有降低的趋势 ,但差异无显著性。 3)有转移灶者E -Cd表达率低。结论 :E -Cd表达是卵巢粘液性肿瘤的特征 ,E -Cd表达降低与卵巢恶性肿瘤种植转移的发生有关。E -Cd表达对估计卵巢上皮性肿瘤生物学行为可有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of E-Cadherin (E-Cd) expression in human epithelial ovarian tumors. Methods: Seventy-eight samples of epithelial ovarian tumor were determined for E-Cd by immunohistochemical technique using specific anti-E-Cd monoclonal antibody. Results: 1) Compared to other epithelial ovarian tumors, mucinous tumor showed remarkably high expression rate of E-Cd. There was no E-Cd expression found in clear cell cancer and undifferentiated ovarian cancer. 2) The E-Cd expression lowered in parallel with the declining of the differentiation of the tumor but with no significance. 3) Epithelial ovarian tumor with metastasis had low E-Cd expression. Conclusion: [KG(7”:*9]E -Cd expression is one of the characteristics of ovarian mucinous tumor. Low E-Cd expression is associated with metastatic lesions and it may indicate the biological behavior of ovarian tumors.更多还原
