【摘要】 目的预防全食管切除术后早期胸胃出口梗阻。方法分析８例全食管切除术后早期胸胃出口梗阻的病因。结果发现膈肌裂孔环箍４例、胃出口被过度牵拉２例、胃体膨入胸腔造成出口成角梗阻１例、粘连索带压迫胃出口１例。其中７例获及时手术解除梗阻，痊愈出院。结论全食管切除术后早期胸胃出口梗阻均与术中操作不当甚至操作失误有关。只要能引起术者特别的注意，此并发症多可避免。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To prevent early gastric exit obstruction following total esophagectomy. Methods Analyse the causes of early gastric exit obstruction following total esophagectomy of 8 cases. Results Distema of diaphragm narrow in 4 cases. Gastric exit towed excessively in 2 Gastric body expending to thoracic cavity in 1. Gastric exit constricted by rope in 1. Seven cases were cured by operation. Conclusions Early gastric exit obstruction follwing total esophagectomy related to improper manipulation or carelessness in operation.
