【摘要】 目的评价骨膦对恶性肿瘤溶骨性转移骨痛的疗效。方法骨膦３００ｍｇ加入生理盐水５００ｍｌ４～５小时静点连用５天，从第６天起骨膦１２００ｍｇ每日二次空腹服１６天。结果４７例骨痛患者，完全缓解１１例，部分缓解２７例，有效率８０．８％。结论骨膦治疗肿瘤溶骨性转移骨痛效果明显、平稳、持续时间长，副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To oberserve the effectin of Bonefos in treating the bone pain caused by the malignant lytic bone metastasis.Method\ Given Bonefos 300 mg and mormal saline 500 ml intravenously in 4 to 5 hours for 5 days,then from the sixth day given Bonefos 1200 mg orally tiwce a day for 16 days. Result Complete resoponse was 11 of 47. Partial response was 27 of 47. The effectivity was 80.8%. Conclusion Bonefos got good effection in treating the bone pain caused by the malignant lytic bone metastasis.The effection was stable,long duration and the side effect of bonefos was mild.更多还原
