【摘要】 目的　报告及分析４２例胃平滑肌瘤的临床治疗结果。方法　４２ 例病人中，男１７例，女２５ 例。主要症状为上消化道出血２７例，上腹部疼痛１４ 例。病理证实１５ 例为平滑肌瘤，２７ 例为平滑肌肉瘤。术前３８行胃镜检查，３２例行上消化道造影检查。术前确诊率为７８．６％ 。结果　在１５例平滑肌瘤病人中，５例行病灶局部切除术，８例为胃部分切除术，２例行近端胃大部切除术。在２７ 例胃平滑肌肉瘤病人中，１１ 例行近端胃大部切除术，１３例行根治性胃切除术，２例行全胃切除术，１例行胃、空肠广泛切除术。２２ 例获随访，时间为１～１４ 年，均健在。结论　胃镜检查与Ｂ超检查结合可提高术前诊断率，手术切除是最主要的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? Objective To report the clinical results of 42 patients with gastric leiomyoma or leiomysarcoma.Methods There were 42 cases of patients with 17 male and 25 female,of whom 27 had hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract,14 had epigastralgia.38 patients were given gastroscopy and 32 patients were given gastrointestinal series.Results Pathologic examination proved that 15 cases were leiomyoma and 27 cases were leiomysarcoma.The preoperative diagnostic rate was 78.6% In 15 cases of leiomyoma,5 patients underwent.partial gastrectomy,10 patients underwent radical gastrectomy while in 27 cases of leiomysarcoma,11 patients were given partial gastrectomy and 16 patients were given radical gastrectomy.22 cases had been followed up for 1 to 14 years.Conclusion G I series combined with ultrasonography could improve the diagnostic rate preoperatively.〔更多还原
