针刺对脑萎缩模型小白鼠脑细胞核蛋白及染色质非组蛋白的影响
Effects of Acupuncture on Nucleoproteins and Chromatinic Nonhistone of Brain Cells in Mice of Encephalatrophy
【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE),观察了针刺“水沟”、“内关”穴后,快速老化脑萎缩模型小白鼠(SAM-P/10)脑细胞核蛋白质及染色质NHCP的电泳图谱,经光密度扫描仪扫描,测定蛋白区带峰面积比值。结果显示,针刺可以降低膜蛋白(细胞核蛋白中分子量为62KD的蛋白区带)含量;增加非组蛋白(染色质蛋白中分子量为24KD的蛋白区带)含量。研究表明,针刺“水沟”、“内关”穴对一些蛋白质在衰老过程中出现的增龄性变化具有拮抗作用。
【Abstract】 olyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used for investigation on electrophoretogram of nucleoprotiens and chromatinic nonhistone of brain cells in the mice of rapid aging encephalatrophy(SAM P/10) after acupuncture of Shuigou(GV26) and Neiguan(PC 6) Scaining for optical density and determination of the peak area ratio of protein zones indicated that acupuncture decreased the content of membrance protein(the protein zone of 62 KD molecular weight in cellular nucleoproteins) and increased the content of nonhistone(the protein zone of 24 KD molecular weight in chromatinic proteins) It is suggested that acupuncture of Shuigou and Neiguan points have antagonistic action on the change of some proteins in senile process
