【摘要】 目的：探讨复方苍耳子散提取物的体外抗菌作用。方法：以临床分离细菌为受试菌，采用连续倍比稀释法，观察复方苍耳子散提取物的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度。结果：复方苍耳子散提取物的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度分别为３２～２０４８倍及１６～１０２４倍。结论：复方苍耳子散提取物对所有受试菌均有不同程度的抑菌及杀菌作用，且抗菌谱广，抗菌作用强。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE :To study on antibacterial action of compound cangerzisan extraction in vitro. METHODS :Using as testbacteria isolated from clinic,minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) of compound cangerzisan extraction were observed. RESULTS :MIC and MBC of compound cangerzisan extraction were 322048 times and 161024 times,respectively. CONCLUSIONS :compound cangerzisan extraction was inhibitory drug and bactericide on all testbacteria in different extent, and antibacterial spectrum was wide,anti becterial potency was powerful.更多还原
