【摘要】 目的:为本品质量控制提供了一个准确、重现性好的测定方法及积累数据。方法:CLCODS1柱,流动相磷酸溶液(4→1000)甲醇(50∶50),检测波长360nm,反相高效液相色谱法测定复方银杏胶囊中总黄酮含量。结果:线性范围40～320μg·ml-1,加样回收率98.70%(n=10,RSD=3.79%)。结论:提供本品10批测定数据,其含量限度应为标示量(10mg/粒)的±10.0%。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To develope an effective quality control method for compound Ginkgo capsules.METHODS:Total flavonoids in compound Ginkgo capsules was determined by RP HPLC,using CLC ODSI column,H 3PO 4 (4→1000) methanol (50∶50) as mobile phase and UV detector at 360 nm.RESULTS:The linearity range was 40～320 μg·ml -1 ,the average recovery was 98.70% with RSD 3.79% .CONCLUSION:Ten batches were determined,and limit of the contents for total flavonoids should be ± 10.00% of the standard amount.更多还原
