【摘要】 目的：观察芪归口服液对骨髓造血模型大鼠骨髓象、外周血象、血液流变学的影响。方法：用健康Ｗｉｓｔａｒ种大鼠５０只，体重（１９０±１０）ｇ，随机分为５组：①正常对照组。②模型对照组。③阳性对照组。④芪归高剂量组。⑤芪归低剂量组。除正常对照组外，其余各组灌胃给药９ｄ，第７天开始用环磷酰胺造模。取大鼠胸骨骨髓进行骨髓象检查分析，取血进行外周血象、血液流变学测定。结果：给模型大鼠灌服１８８ｇ·ｋｇ－１（生药含量０９４ｇ·ｍｌ－１）的芪归口服液后，与模型对照组比较，芪归口服液使大鼠的骨髓有核细胞增生明显活跃Ｐ＜００１；改善骨髓象中各系统及各期细胞的比值。显著增加模型大鼠血红蛋白含量Ｐ＜００１；升高白细胞总数Ｐ＜００１。降低模型大鼠全血高切粘度Ｐ＜００１；低切粘度Ｐ＜００５；和血浆粘度Ｐ＜００５。结论：芪归口服液具有生髓、补气、补血、活血化淤的功效。更多还原
