氯化镁对正常兔血流动力学的影响
Hemodynamic effects of magnesium chloride on the normal rabbits
【摘要】 目的:研究氯化镁对正常兔心脏功能及血流动力学的影响。方法:制备在体兔心标本。结果:186g·L-1氯化镁(1ml·kg-1)静脉恒速于10min内输入,心输出量(CO)、心率(HR)和心脏指数(CI)明显增加,收缩压(SAP)、舒张压(DAP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、左室作功指数(LVWI)和总外周血管阻力(TPVR)显著降低,对于心搏指数(SI)、左室内压(LVP)、左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、左室内压变化率峰值(±dp/dtmax)、在共同最高等容收缩压时心肌纤维收缩成分的缩短速率(VCE-CPIP)、左室内压变化速率从零到峰值的时间(t~dp/dtmax)等指标的影响不明显。结论:186g·L-1氯化镁(1ml·kg-1)静脉恒速于10min内输入,对正常心肌收缩功能无明显影响,但能显著降低外周血管阻力,降低动脉血压,降低左室作功指数
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:to stuty the hemodynamic effects of magnesium chloride in rabbits.METHODS:To make anesthetized open chest rabbits according to Cushny’s method.RESULTS:186g·L -1 magnesium chloride(1ml·kg -1 )was given in a 10 minute constant infusion to the rabbits with normal coronary anatomy.Cardiac output(CO),heart rate(HR) and cardiac index(CI) notably increased.Systolic arterial pressure(SAP),diastolic arterial pressure(DAP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),left ventricular work index(LVWI)and total peripheral vascular resistance(TPVR) notably decreased. There was no significant change in left intraventricular pressure(LVP),maximum rate of left intraventricular pressure change (±dp/dt max),velocity of myocardial contractile element shortening at common peak isovolumic intraventricular pressure(V CE CPIP ),left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and rate of left intraventricular pressure change rise time to peak(t~dp/dt max).CONCLUSION:No effects were found on normal cardiac contractility.But it notably decreased total peripheral vascular resistance,arterial pressure,left ventricular work index in rabbits.
