【摘要】 目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定四神丸中补骨脂素，异补骨脂素，吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量的方法。方法：乙醇为溶剂，水浴回流提取，过滤后直接进样测定。ＬＵＮＡＣ１８ 色谱柱，柱温３６℃，流动相甲醇水梯度洗脱，流速０－８ ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１ ，检测波长２９６，２９０，３６０ ｎｍ 程序变换。结果：４ 种成分的理论板数，分离度，线性关系和回收率等均达到定量测定要求。结论：用高效液相色谱法同时测定四神丸中补骨脂素，异补骨脂素，吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量，操作简便，结果准确更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: A quantitative method was developed by gradient eluation with changeable wavelength for the determination of psoralen,isopsoralen, evodiamine and rrutaecarpine in Sishen Wan by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography METHOD: Sample was refluxed with ethanol in a water bath Chromatographic conditions included column C 18 , column temperature at 36℃, SPD6AV uv vis spectrophotometric detector; the changeable wavelength at 296, 290, 360 nm respectively, the mobile phase, gradient eluation of methanol water, flow rate at 0 8 ml·min -1 , injecting volume of 10 μl, and external standard RESULT: The number of theoretical plates、 resolution、 linearity and average recovery of four kinds of components can all meet the requirement of quantitative determination CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, accurate and reliable更多还原
