【摘要】 目的 :建立抗癫痫和苯二氮两类药物血清浓度测定方法。方法 :血清 0 4ml,加叔丁基甲醚 4ml提取 ,4 0℃以下N2 吹干 ,残渣用甲醇溶解 ,进样分析 ,色谱条件为Shim Pack ,CLC C8柱 ( 15 0mm× 6mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 乙腈 水 ( 4 0∶13∶4 7) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm ,温度 4 0℃。结果 :8种药物一次性分离 ,血清杂质不干扰测定 ,线性方程相关系数大于 0 999,方法回收率91%～ 10 6%。日内、日间精密度 (RSD)均小于 9%。结论 :方法简便快速。适用于临床血药浓度监测及此两类中毒药物的快速定性定量分析。更多还原
