提取叶蛋白质所用烟草的栽培技术试验初报
A preliminary study on the culture techniques of tobacco plant for extraction of leaf protein
【摘要】 以烟草鲜叶为原料提取叶蛋白质,对种植密度、施用氮肥和采叶方法3 项栽培技术进行了试验。结果提示,在土壤气候适宜条件下,可按210 000 株/hm 2 的密度种植;在常规施肥的基础上,应按225kg/hm 2 增施氮肥,每次采叶后按150kg/hm 2 追施氮肥;采叶方法可根据具体情况选用砍株留茬法或摘叶留顶法,或二者交替使用。在提取叶蛋白质的基础上,通过叶面喷施50μg/m l亚硒酸钠,可以从烟草鲜叶中提取出含硒量达289μg/g 的硒蛋白质。
【Abstract】 Abstract The culture techniques of tobacco under high density for the extraction of leaf protein were studied.Experiments were carried out on plantation density,nitrogen fertilization and harvest method.It was suggested that the density of 210,000 plants per hectare would be appropriate on fertile soils under better irrigation drainage conditions.Extra application of 225kg N/hm 2 was necessary for big biomass of fresh leaves,high content of leaf protein and 4 time harvests.150kg/hm 2 nitrogen should be applied after each harvest.Two methods could be used for harvest alternatively—the plant cutting with 1 2 basal buds remained and the leaf picking with 2 3 top leaves remained.Se protein of an averge Se content of 28.9 μg/g in total protein could be extracted from fresh tobacco leaves sprayed with 50μg/ml Na 2SeO 3 solution 5 times during the whole season.
