正常人脑组织中微量元素铁、锌含量的测定
The Determination of Trace Element Iron and Zinc in Normal Human Brain Tissue
【摘要】 目的:探讨正常尸体脑组织中微量元素铁、锌含量。方法:采用原子吸收法,对14 例正常尸体脑组织中12 个定义区域解剖301 块湿组织样品进行微量元素铁、锌含量的测定与分析。结果:灰质中平均铁含量为(8765±1540) ppm ,明显高于白质中铁的含量(4939±980) ppm , P < 001;而灰质中平均锌含量为(10206±682)ppm ,与白质中锌含量(9846±381) ppm 比较无明显差异, P> 005。随年龄增加铁含量升高。在左右两半球相应脑区比较,铁、锌含量有极其显著的正相关。脑组织不同部位铁含量差别很大,而锌含量差别不大。结论:所得结果可以看作是正常值估计范围,为研究人神经系统微量元素铁、锌含量与神经系统疾病的关系,提供参考数据。
【Abstract】 Objective: Studying the content of trace elements iron and zinc in the brain of normal corpse. Methods: We dissected 14 brain tissues of normal corpses, obtained 301 wet tissue samples from 12 defined regions, determined and analyzed the content of trace elements iron and zinc using atomic absorbance method. Results: The average content of iron in grey substance was (87.65±15.14) ppm, while that was (49.39±9.80) ppm in white matter (P<0 01). The average content of iron in grey substance was significantly higher than that in white matter. The average content of zinc in grey substance was (102.06±6.82) ppm, in white matter was (98.46±3.81) ppm, the zinc content in the two tissues was almost same. With the increasing of age the iron content rises. Compared with the content of iron and zinc of the corresponding defined regions in left and right hemispheres, a positively correlated relationship was observed with the iron content greatly uneven in different brain regions. Conclusion: The result was known as normal estimate range, and thus can provide reference data for estimating the relationship between the content of trace elements in the nerve system of human being and the disease of nerve system.
