【摘要】 目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌（ Ｈ Ｐ）感染对胃粘膜上皮细胞凋亡的影响，揭示 Ｈ Ｐ与胃癌的关系。方法：利用 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 缺口末端标记技术对正常胃粘膜、 Ｈ Ｐ阳性和 Ｈ Ｐ阴性胃良性病变及胃癌等１３０ 例活检组织进行细胞凋亡状态的研究。结果： Ｈ Ｐ阳性浅表性胃炎和萎缩性胃炎的凋亡指数明显增加，而 Ｈ Ｐ阳性异型增生和胃癌的凋亡指数降低；从浅表性胃炎到胃癌， Ｈ Ｐ阳性组的凋亡指数明显递减。结论：从浅表性胃炎到胃癌形成的过程中， Ｈ Ｐ可能在前期诱导细胞凋亡，而后期呈现抑制细胞凋亡的倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper was to explore the effect of helicobacter pylori(HP) on gastric epithelial cell apoptosis,and to reveal the relationship between HP and gastric carcinoma.Methods:Using DNA nick end labelling techique,we performed gastric mucosal biopsies to study the statas of apoptosis. Specimens were collected from patients with HP positive or HP negative benign pathological changes in the stomach,from subjects with gastric cancer,and from mormal people.Recipients were 130 in total.Results:The apoptotic indices(AI) significantly increased in HP positive superficial gastritis and atrophic gastritis and decreased in HP positive dysplasia as well as in gastric carcinoma. A gradual decrease of AI was obvious in HP positive group from superficial gastritis to gastric carcinoma.
