幽门螺杆菌相关性胃疾病PCNA及p16蛋白表达的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌( H P)感染与胃癌的关系。方法: P C R 技术及免疫组化技术。结果:136 例胃粘膜活检标本, 正常胃粘膜 P C N A 指数为(978±365)% ,p16 蛋白阳性率为 100% ;胃良性病变 H P阴性组 P C N A 指数为(1394±734)% ,p16 蛋白阳性率为953% ;胃良性病变 H P阳性组 P C N A 指数为(2071±1126)% ,p16 蛋白阳性率为 821% 。 H P阳性组与 H P阴性组比较, P C N A 指数两者之间差异有非常显著意义( P < 001),p16 蛋白阳性率两者之间差异有显著意义( P< 005)。结论: H P阳性组 P C N A 指数增加,p16 蛋白表达减弱, H P感染可能抑制了抑癌基因p16 的活性,刺激了胃粘膜细胞的过度增殖, H P感染是胃癌发生的重要危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper was to explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori(HP) infection and gastric carcinoma.Methods:We detected the HP by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and studied the(PCNA)and p16 expression by immunohistochemistry for 136 specimens.Results: The PCNA index(PI) of normal gastric mucosa. HP negative gastric benign lesions, HP positive gastric benign lesions was (9.78±3.65)%,(13.94± 7.34 )%,and (20.71±11.26)%,respectively. The PI showed significant difference between HP positive benign lesions and HP negative benign lesions(P<0.01).
