【Abstract】 Four new diorganotin complexes were synthesized and characterized by IR and 1H NMR.Their in vitro antitumor activities against a series of human tumor cell lines such as P 388 tumor cells were tested.The results showed that the complexes mainly exhibited strong antitumor activities against P 388 ,but presented no activities against other tumor cell lines.The structure activity relationships were discussed.更多还原
