【Abstract】 Seven new N substituted 1 [(1,1′ biphenyl) 4 yl] 3 amino propanone derivatives were designed and synthesized.Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis.Preliminary pharmacological tests indicated that all the investigated compounds had significant antiinflammatory activity.The compounds containing piperazinyl group showed potent activity.更多还原
