【Abstract】 This paper reports the preparation of compound antiherpes cream. As the quality control standard,the main ingredient,Lidocaine hydrochloride, was identified and quantitatively determined. and emodin was identified with TLC. A clinical observation wascarried out on 147 cases of herpes zoster and animal experiment was performed on mice and rabbits.The results showed that thiscream had satisfactory analgesic effect,rapid effect -taking and no adverse and toxic reactions.更多还原
